The Platform includes all digital environments where FINNOVA provides services to users, primarily its website, desktop, and mobile applications. The term User or related person refers to anyone receiving services from FINNOVA. For the purpose of service use and access, FINNOVA may directly or through third-party service providers obtain, monitor, and collect user contact information, device details, access data, certain information obtained from internet networks, tracking information, settings data, timestamps, hardware data, photographs, location data, and other visuals.
